Hands Don't Line Up

Hi, I have a swatch musical, but the hands will not line up. I can't set to 12 or 6 or anywhere. I have tried turning fast and slow as well as clockwise and counterclockwise. Any Suggestions? Thanks

Thank you very much for the link. Very good tutorial so to speak. My problem though is I just cannot get the hands to ever line up. I will try and follow instructions again and see. But it almost seems like the hands are like one gear off??? But thank you very much for your help.

There is a possibility the hands are indeed off position (between two consecutive second positions). This must have happened when the watch fell or something like that.

This cannot be solved by turning the crown because the crown only turns by full seconds. Sadly there is no easy way to do this. I think the only way is cracking off the crystal, reset the hands, clean the rims and fit a new crystal. I can do that but it's quite costly.
